ChildSafe network expands to Sihanoukville
ChildSafe is everywhere the tourists go in Cambodia! Since the beggining of August 2006, ChildSafe will be implemented by our NGO partner, Mlop Tapang. Hopefully by next October, more taxi-drivers and hotels in Sihanouk ville will become certified ChildSafe. ChildSafe network expands in Phnom Penh
On the 28th of March, Friends-International held a ceremony co-organized with the Ministry of Tourism in Cambodia to remit certificates to the second promotion of ChildSafe partners : 62 ChildSafe taxi-drivers (motodups and tuk-tuks) and 3 ChildSafe guesthouses. Some ChildSafe partners from the first generation shared their experience on how they "now pay attention to the vulnerable children" and how they "protect them from dangerous situations". ChildSafe Guesthouses in Siem Reap
On the 28th of March, Friends-International remitted certificates to the successful employees of the first ChildSafe guesthouse in Siem Reap !
